Yes, there is a way, buy the game. You can do this on gamersgate, steam or even here on 1C.

I wish , i have no credit (visa or....),and i 2 monthes to be 18 ,i can't make a creadit card ! , and in my region there are few store which sell original game , and if i find any MOW original cd it would be like 60$.
