How to post your films?

Hello Folks,
I've been making IL2 films for a while with varying degrees of success/failure but I'm a bit of an IT noob.
I've only recently worked out how to upload to youtube.
How do I then post them on the forum?
Or is the term 'embed' them in a post?
Sorry for being obtuse.
