can't seem to find any information on release date for patch of us version.

btw not really having any problems , love the game , just would like some of the fixes that are in the russian version of the patch.

If you mean the Russian 'Extreme Edition' patch, English version already has it.

don't know about extreme edition , patch was mentioned in another thread here , like the idea about trucks not getting bogged down for no reason , and also not having trouble climbing something that should pose no problem.
