Yeah I know what you mean Joe. I took mine to see episode 3 and the new Indiana Jones film. Reminded me of my dad taking me to see the originals.
My happiest cinema memory is my dad taking me on spec to see a film I knew nothing about called Raiders Of The Lost Ark. He wanted to see it any my mum didn't so he dragged me with him. Best night at the cinema I ever had. I bought a projector recently and the first thing I did was watch Raiders on it

the most fun at the movies...was when we took the kids to see ET at the drive in. when we were paying they gave us each a small paper cup full of Reese's Pieces. a week or so later i bought them the ET game for the Atari...haha...wow. how far games have come! the next game system i bought them was a Turbografx 16....

I'm 26.

The first single I bought was Pato Banton ft. UB40 - Baby Come Back. It was a tape, and I got it from Ourprice! 19-god damn-94! I think the first time I went to the cinema was to see Jurassic Park (from what I can remember). I also remember bits of the '94 world cup.

I caught the last 10 mins of it last week (Raiders) and I got a shiver down the spine when the music for the bit where they open the Ark started. We must have been at the optimum age for that film when it came out.. it burned it's self into my brain. Probably my fav childhood film. Temple of Doom blew me away on the big screen too.

First single I bought was Flash Gordon. I used to watch the old black and White buster crabb serials on BBC2 during school hols so actually knew who ming and flash and all were when I went to see that film. Another classic
Every time I see brian blessed I feel "gordons alive" welling in my throat
