Well, the real problem is that most pilots have learned how to fly while being in a squad.

I still remember how I was trying to fly offline with... keyboard, until my first squad (335thGR) and my great teammate (Darkkon) gave me some real lessons and the rest is history.

The same applies to many-many people in the community. So, in my opinion, this idea is not for the good of the game and the community. "Pilots" must be trained in a squad and not by offline procedures only.
