Nothins happenin

I got the brothers banditos mission and the fugitive mission but can seem to move forward, alot of wandering around the 4 cities. Same text and conversation with everyone. Not much has happened after 6 game days.

Something strange, i went to Red lion hotel and got jumped by the former mayor and 3 gaurds. I didn't start the combat. I killed them all and got a nice grease gun and Uzi but it was not listed as a quest anywhere.

Have you talked to the government official in Artrigo and gotten the permit to leave the safe zone? You need that permit, if I understand you corrctly and you mean the brother to brother mission in Sagrada, before you go to Ciudad-de-Oro.
