Default New to the game (using of inventory item)

Hi All,

I just started playing MOW. There's a problem with using the inventory items like wire cutter. I click it and it changed from the normal gernade to wire cutter. However, when I go near a wire fence, I can't use it.

Anyone can teach me.

I think the wirecutters are used only in certain missions and certain times.

Yes, but how to use. I have one special ops mission which need to gather some information. The only way to get into the base is through the wire fence and my team is equipped with th wire cutter. But problem is how to use the wire cutter. I click it but when i place my my mouse over the fence, there's no change in the cursor.

Please help. I'm stuck in that level.
