Goldeneye on N64 gets me misty eyed. I spent two months in bed with fractured ankle when that was released. I played it to death. Multi player was amazing. Sticky mines, motion and remote detonated were weapon of the decade. I would kill for a ps3 port with online play

Intellivision was one of the greatest consoles of all time, I never had one of my own though. It invented the thumb-pad type of control. There was a great rts naval battle game on that one.

I've owned:

Pong
Coleco led football
Commodore 64
ps1
ps2
ps3

that's it.

the C64 ended consoles for years, until nintendo brought them back.

My consoles & gaming hi-lights. Not just a PC Pilot nerd, lol.
Was into pretty much any system that didn't use a stupid blue hedgehog as a mascot. Haven't mentioned my many pc high lights that include Op Flashpoint, Gunship, BoB 1 & 2, IL-2 & all the usual suspects.

NES - Blades of Steel, Duck Hunt, Castelian
SNES - Mario all the way & was it Super Star Wars?
N64 - Goldeneye & that F1 World Championship
Gameboy - Ha Ha ... Wario something
PS1 - FFVII, Wing Over, TOCA Touring Cars, Firestorm - Thunderhawk 2 (oh the memories), Colony Wars Vengeance
PS2 - Secret Weapons flight games were pretty cool.
XBOX - TOCA Race Driver 3
PSP
XBOX 360 - Over G Fighters, Both Battlestations titles (Halo? Pah! - GoW! yeah).
Wii - Purely for the kids, so to free up the 360 & PS3 for me but it didn't work thanks to Viva 'bloody' Pinata!
PS3 - Uncharted 1 & 2 & the F1 title I guess.

I agree dkwookie that game rocked. My best friend who was/still is rather well off had a massive sound proof lounge with a projection screen and surround sound set up at his folks house (it was the biz back in the day). We'd take our controllers and head up to his place and play 4 player split screen for hours on end usually ending up in wrestling matches and brawls on the floor depending on who won lol.

Great weapons all round but I loved the 40mm grenade launcher lobbing across the room - the 'phoomp' followed by mass carnage was priceless and usually resulted in a punch to the ribs. Oh to be 17 again - good times.
