Cryostasis Stamina and Walking/Run Speed

Does anyone know any cheats for the following:

Stamina (permanent mode and no reduction)
Change walking speed so character always runs?
Run mode always on?

Thanks for any help - the normal walk speed is incredibly slow and Stamina only lasts for just a few seconds when character is running.
