Car customization is deep and there are so many add ons already I had to clear space on my hard drive...the next day I came to work I told all my co-workers what a great purchase this gane is!!! Its so rare nowadays to feel satisfied with the rushed crap we are dealt so often, its rare to see a game with this level of polish that used to be the norm( fm3 I mean) Coming back to Bop it just feels so...weak...I moved into a new place and bought a new coffee table, my soda is leaving a ring on it and I forgot to buy coasters...Bop may get some use after all
I just read that like 5 times and it made no sense....

Basically he thinks Forza 3 is awesome and Il-2 is a coaster.

Well that's a very basic description. He was saying how polished fm3 is (400 finished cockpits & free DLC) then he comes back to IL2 and it doesn't have the same feeling, thus the coaster remark.

I know I was just summing it up.

Unhappy

I just dont know how to feel about this game anymore, I waited long and had such anticipation for this title...I hate to say it but with the way this is going, it wont be long before you see IL-2 next to Over G fighters and Chromehounds in the bargain bin...This game should have come with instructions on how to screw yourself and a tool to do it with.

This is brilliant writing here

I couldn't agree more with this guy or House MD -- this game was a tremendous let down -- but maybe my expectations were just too high. I stopped playing it about three weeks ago -- but check this forum now and again for any news.

About sums up my feelings now too. I can't find ANY games now at the hours I play, and with no split screen for local multi, its all over for me My friends that were playing ditched it quite awhile ago. Was very excited about it when it came out and broke my usual rule of waiting a bit before buying 'all new' titles (did that with Flashpoint too lol ).

Funny, the first thing I thought when I put in MW2 and that patch downloaded, was "WTF IL2, they were ready before we even had the disc!" lol

Hope to try the patch out at least before it gets traded in. I'll give it another week or two but I honestly think its not going to be anytime soon, and it isn't going to bring online play back to life (most important part of a game for me).
