You shouldn't have any problem to run the game on that laptop.
Simply after installation you must set across the properties of EXE file compatibility with Windows XP.

Connect across HDMI to TV.

Also... you need at least the most cheapest joystick, not a gamepad.

And then enjoy the amount of features and the fligth
Would be good also if you have good home theater system to connet the output of sound card to that system at least for stereo and set some of Dolby settings for emulation of 5 channels that you wish you like better any for you.
(becasue notebook have usually just jack for stereo and has no separate 5 channels for sub and front-rear speakers) .
