Are there any plans to develop the 'Farmir' characters storyline?

Half dragon/half human that would be an awesome story/game. I'd be surprised if the game devs have even thought of this so I hope my suggestion is taken in the good manner it is meant.

I have a few ideas of how this character would work and also how his storyline should be unfolded, just ideas really i'm not a gamedev, I am a musician though and have submittted ideas/concepts to multimedia companies before.
