ETA is "when its done", the same as every other game patch. The list of fixes has already been posted over in the developers forum located here;

well anton said it had been realesed to microsoft and sony for Q/A that was 2 weeks ago so i think it is there fault so all i can say is ......

Judging by info posted on the dev forum, for the 360 its more "if" it gets done than "when".

well thats just great !!!!

if that is the case and this game dosnt get fixed than i can see one more copy of bop gathering dust on my shelf i had such great hopes for this game but more and more as time drifts on i lose a bit more faith
