Skill Tree Re-organize

Has anyone found any place in the game that allows you to reorganize your skill tree. I'm playing as a palladin and spent a bunch of runes in the beginning of the game not really knowing what to get and am now finding it hard to build my tree on the few things that I really want. Is the only way to really start over knowing what I want to do from the get go or is there a way to change your skill tree during the game?

I know that this isn't what you're really asking, but the skill trees have been significantly improved in Armored Princess. The Paladin (Mind) skill tree was definitely the weakest in the original, but it's a lot stronger now. As for altering the skill tree during the game, I haven't heard of anyone being able to do that.
