Many thanks for the patch, Daidalos Team! Nice to see this game continuing to grow. Especially nice to see that DT are putting out just as high if not higher quality additions as Maddox Games did.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the great work!

The new Biplane is now my favourite one, it tolerates the most ridiculous manoeuvres €:-]

Where can one buy this plane in real life ( in case of me being rich some day @ )?

Tricoder, a track? Or real constructive/descriptive comment?

Avia B-534 has been tested at least by 2 real life pilots (one military one, one civilian one) during 4.09 beta-testing. They had no issues with it's FM. They found the flight characteristics believable and solid.

Is it a hope that old planes also would be corrected in future - mostly in performance values ? I mean at least such planes:

- Spitfires MK V - atually we have hybride version with too low speed at sea level and too good climb rate - it doesnt not represent any known data for Spits MK V

- Fw 190 A series - acceleration bug - all Fw 190 A accelerate too slow in game. I know where it is these bug in Fw 190 A FM data ( it was actually fixed in some new added ones)

- many 109 types has wrong data and not accurate performance ( e.x 109 E-4, 109 G-2, 109 6 A/S)

- P-51 with its wing broken during high speed manouvers and directional unstabilty - it could be fixed in simple way

and some others - I dont mention here most dubfully russian planes like LA familly series.

It is hope that it would be fixed in normal official patch relase that we all could have the same basic version not in many second hand mods?

Our squad has a pilot who flew Hellcats (and also early jets) off carriers and was an engineering for Boeing aircraft, yet Oleg refused what he was told..
and was told in extremely legnthy details.. in the mathmetics of the flight models..

Many, many pages of aeronotcal info was passed on to Oleg..

so, it doesn't seem to matter if you bring in real people and engineers, Oleg was only interested in leveling the playing field so they would fly as he imagned they flew..

Not Bashing Oleg and his team, as he did his best,,, but when it came down to fixing the problems and listening they abandoned the allied planes..

So now some of you new comers can see some of the history that came about when many of these planes were added a few years ago..

Thank you Daidalos Team! You will makee so many of us happy with your efforts and your continuing work and patch 4.09!

Problem: Anecdotal stuff can't be used to base FM numbers on it.

That's actually quite a low blow. There are more than a few axis aircraft which do have serious issues as well and most were not even acknowledged, either. Having FM/DM issues is no question of Red or Blue (or even nation or not), but simply a result of a myriad of issues Maddox Games as a business entity had to deal with and which all impacted on how deeply they could afford to delve into issues. I'm learning something new every day over at the Daidalos board and some things are becoming logical if you look at them from the perspective of a developer who has to calculate manpower and financial input vs potential financial gain.

totally agreed with tihs comment, i say the same as you said, fw190 in the real life is capable to reach 1800hp without any boost, in the game the fw190A have only 1400hp, 400hp less, thats is the reason
