Default Money level for match?

Marian, on the basis of your experience, what is the better level of money to set for a multiplayer match at XIII century?

On 15000 the best balance of game, on these resources I have not established whose army more strongly, on 30к and 45к already there is a disbalance. (Simply all take elite armies).
I think it is necessary on 30к and 45k to implement an option to restriction of the same units by rise in price of these units
