Question NewbieQuestion: AI crashing into each other

Hello, I am new to Il-2, got Forgotten Battles, updated to the current version (1.22 or the like). Still, I got the problem that when travling longer distances, out of combat my friends keep crashing into each other or into me. This is pretty annoying, at the moment I got a simple rebase mission and 4 times in a row my squad lost planes due to idiots crashing into each other.

Anything I can do about this?

Another thing that just came to my mind, sometimes it happens that I got the feeling of pumping half of my ammo into an enemy fighter (not even Bomber, really a fighter), the black debris fly all around me, yet that damned thing doesen´t care but goes on flying and continues fighting like nothing hit it. With very bad luck, ok you might just hit paint&paper, but this happens pretty often. And on another occasion, I got the feeling of hitting close to nothing, perhaps a few bullets of a bad shot could have hitten the end of a wing, however suddenly the engine starts burning and it blows up. Both of these two phenomenas of course checked in video using different camera perspektives. Pretty irritating, going to check this further, however someone might be able to tell me something aobut tht right now
