Default Bail out
Can not get bail out to work, my pilot has a parachute and I open the hatch, still can not bail out. Any ideas ?

Just make sure you do following

- open canopy RAF, jettison canopy LW CTrl O
- bail Ctrl E

Opening the hatch ona Spitfire wont help you bail if the canopy is still closed. You dont need to open the hatch at all.

Which sort of mission is it? If you've made your own in the FMB it's possible to disable bailout for AI, then jump into their aircaft. Don't know if that's why, best try it on an online server to double check. Other than that you are too fast to get out.
