Default Could someone skin a JU88 11/KG 76 for me please?

This is just a personal project I am interested in but it would be really great if one of you talented skinners would be able to make this one for me please?

The details I have:

Junkers JU88 AI FL+BT 11/KG 76

werk no. 7188

Pilot Feldwebel Guenther Unger

The only image of I have of this aircraft shows a unit insignia on the Starboard side, but it is partially covered by the propeller (image attached to post).

I have no other info about this unit, but if someone could create this skin (maybe some generic 11/KG 76 skins too (to make a formation)) that would be really awesome, but just the one above would be brilliant if anyone can help?

Cheers, MP

Hi Mystic
I will give it a go,
Are you sure the the code is FL because all KG\76 Aircraft I have researched
seem to have F1 prefix Code?
Also the Shield on the side of the JU88 appears to be that of 9\KG76 which
I have only seen on Dornier Do-17 BUT the photo shows it clear as day
I dont suppose you know what the Code colours were,I will use the AC in the background as a Guide but there will be some guess work involved without any
more photos or info.
Bit of an Enigma this one
Regards
Keith

FL + BT sounds very much like a factory code. Probably an aircraft which was relatively new and hadn't received the proper tactical code, yet.

Hi Neil
Here is what I think JU-88 of 9.\KG76 would have looked like based on the
new info You PM Me.
If you want me to make and changes Buddy just let Me know and I will do it for you.
I have included F1+BT,F1+AT and a No Codes.
Regards
Keith

Remove the unit emblem. III./KG 76 was disbanded after the Battle of France and a totally new III./KG 76 raised just before the BoB. This one, however, did not use emblems until 1941 when KG 76 harmonized its emblems a bit.

Hi Thor and CMS.

The skin looks awesome and I can't wait to load it in game

Thor, I think the reason the emblem is 'legit' is due to the image I posted in the second post down?
The image was taken on the night the aircraft wad shot down, literally taken just before it took off. The emblem is certainly visible in that shot. Maybe it wasn't removed or the pilot wanted it kept?

Just an observation but for now the skin looks superb..and thanks for the blank too!

Cheers, MP.

PS. Thor, if my assumption is incorrect, any ideas why the emblem is still there?
