Default Serious question - FOV vs CONTROL - solutions hopefully without a MOD

Ok so we all know that the FOV in COD is pretty limiting. Only 3 of them.
Hopefully that will change in the near future, but its fine for now.

I want to put out there and challenge anyone to think of a way to some interesting control solutions that hopefully wouldn't need a patch/MOD to fix.

My question comes in...
Even fully leaning in using my TIR, target planes, even at pretty near distances (.28 -.35) seem quite far. So I find I still need to use 1 of the 3 zoom FOVS quite a bit.

When I do that my controls, as you would expect, become massively twitchy
because the controls are still as sensitive as they were when fully zoomed back.

What I want to achieve control wise, is when I zoom in, the sensitivity of my
stick control inputs (my 3 axis - aileron, elevator and rudder) desensitize proportionately to how close I am zoomed in.

So when zoomed back fully (I think its 90 or so degrees) I have 100% sensitivity.
If I zoom in to the 60 degree zoom my input sensitivity drops to eg 70%.
And fully zoomed, 30 degrees my input sensitivity drops to eg 30%

Almost like a dpi switcher on a mouse, cept linked to the zoom keys.

MY spit kicks like a bitch at the slightest touch of the stick when zoomed,
and its incredibly, maddeningly, frustrating.

Any bright ideas, work arounds, solution or MODS are completely welcome.
Or if anyone knows of a Joystick mapping program that might be able to do this kinda thing- I'll send you a bottle of Jack Daniels and a Russian hooker.

I use a Logitech extreme 3D pro - twist rudder... with a Saitek throttle quadrent ... Cause this right-handed facist world doesn't make HOTAS's
for us lefties.

If there are any straight-up genius's out there...
Could this same "control zoom solution" be applied to the zoom function
feature in the TIR - so the Z-axis on TIR, if zooming in, would proportionately
desensitize flight stick control.

In case any of you think me mad, this not a unique game feature...
As crappy as HOMEFRONT was as a game, they got this feature perfectly
right and when zooming into your gunsight the controls perceptively softened
making shooting your enemies in the face a genuine pleasure and not as
twitchy as an epileptic being chased by bees.

Eagerly awaiting some replies
