Men Of War Vietnam Crashes

I am having a problem with the game crashing whenever I select a vehicle in the reinforcments. It does not matter which vehicle I pick, the game crashes.
The error says that vietnam.exe has caused a problem and needs to close. The error details says it is a BEX error which from what I understand is related to data execution protection (DEP). I tried turning off DEP for vietnam.exe but it did not help. My computer is running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
I installed this on my sons computer also which is running Windows XP SP3, and it is the same problem there also. I have not been able to play since purchasing. Any answers or ideas are appreciated, Thanks
