Vampire soar is useless

Just a gripe but it can't even fly over a barrel that's broken into pieces much less a skeleton scattered on the ground. The only thing I've seen it soar over are some railroad tracks.

I wonder if the game designers harvest feedback from this forum? This is the official forum maintained by the game designers right?
