Default Collector's edition for USA

Hello, my question is simple, where can I find it? It's not on amazon.com or UBI.com. Should I wait or pre-order it on an european website?
Thanks

It would appear (at this time) the collectors edition is only available to the European region.

In Canada, I can't find the Collector's edition but the download is $49.95, and right now the American, Australian and Canadian dollars are within 2% of each other, so why $89.95 in Autralia ?

Anwer=Greed.
I think because we Aussies were used to paying more for imports. We had to pay for the low Aussie dollar (Aussie dollar was around $0.57 to the USD) shipping and import taxes. With a download only tax should apply. The only way to change things is to let companies know we're not stupid and to treat us so is an insult. I thinks its one reason pirating is such a problem, most will pay what they think something is worth. Rip them off and pirating starts to look like a good way to get even.
PS. I don't condone pirating or ripping people off just because they can.

Its not just the high price that encourages pirating.

Titles which are "download only" seem to often generate a "... well if I can't get a DVD and have to download it anyway, then I may as well just wait for the cracked version " attitude.

Default Contact UBISOFT

I have emailed UBISOFT through their HELP page requesting info on Boxed sets and would suggest everyone outside of Europe who would prefer a Box set to do the same. The only way to get what you want is to speak out and let them know.I think downloading games is a cheap and greedy way of selling a product (for $89.95 AUD) that already has a large and loyal fan base.

Downloading aka digital distribution is the future even if you don't like it, i personally prefer boxed version but i've many games on Steam-only as well. More money goes to the developers directly via db than retail stores.

Steam is a store, and actually takes a higher % of price than retail stores.

So, no more money does not automatically go to the developpers in that case.

When steam acts as both publisher/retailers, they sometimes take 85% of price leaving peanuts to the dev.

And what case is this? Do you have documented cases? So far I have more confidence in Steam being more beneficial for 1C:Maddox than a game sold off the shelf.
