Not a new one but its presence get realy annoying :

Activating the boost cut-out in the Hurri makes the eng run cooler

It's easier to run flat out with the boost activated than without.

(btw I do not use this trick)

Don't know how it works in the Spit

BUG!

When the action gets thick, the sound starts to stutter and the picture freezes - the game goes on though, and if I alt tab out and back, it goes back to normal - for a second or two.

If not perhaps you all should take the time to read luthiers posts before complaining about graphical issues. THAT IS READ IT ALL BEFORE YOU START BLINDLY INSTALLING BETA PATCHES It also is quite apparent from the complaints that most have low end systems running mid to high graphics settings...take a reallity check guys and turn the settings down or upgrade the items deficient in your sytems. use a process of ellimination by starting at low and slowly turning things up....

Me personally am impressed with this new patch, I am not without the odd crash here and there, but i think visibillity of other Planes has improved ten fold.

THUMBS UP TO THE TEAM AT 1C FOR THE PROGRESS SO FAR...You can't please everone all the time...

There is also one thing, which I did not do previously and had an impact on my game:
- Please open your conf.ini and make sure the anti epilepsy filter is turned off (set to 0). After turning it off, my performance became very similar to the one from the 1.02. Before doing that, I had about 15 fps less, even the AE Filter was unchecked in my settings.
So, all the Gents, who claim that the performance is much worse, please check the conf.ini!

As for the bugs, I would like to ask the Dev Team to rework the low res, non-detail ground textures which still have the old color palette. If someone like me is using the landscape detail set to low or medium, it can be easily spotted, because the color difference is huge and the higher you are, the worse it looks like.

nothing to do with ANTI ep filter not even in my config ini, and yes the small hot fix from the 6th is installed.

other than that cant wait to get me a 120hrz monitor when they come down in price to try out my NVIDIA 3D.

Flying on ATAG over French coastline tonight, large sections of land became black (no texture). Also, while chasing a plane across the channel, ships were hovering in midair upside down and listing (as if sunk).

Also, where the land was black, grass was in mid air, maybe 1000 ft up.


Yikes.

Installed the patch and the hotfix, cleared the cache and loaded a flight and watched the black death.

Looks great now. The cockpit looked terrible at first now looks good. Maybe it looks different at different times of day. I can't work out why it looked so bad at first but fine now.

FPS has dropped quite badly. Black death dropped from around 55-60 to 25-30fps! and minimum has dropped from 18 to 5fps.
In the cockpit flying low the fps is barely playable and I had to drop the rez from 1600x900 to 1366x768 to play at all.

PS.I checked the anti Epilepsy in conf.ini it is off. =0

Hi Everyone,
