You make it seem like a bad thing. Challenges are sometimes fun to overcome, like my challenge of getting up in the morning, and going to work.

LOL, i know this, this game is sucking me in more and more! I have flexible work hours which helps but it is still hindering my calling of being a virtual ww2 pilot

Yeah sim is pretty hard.. I don't feel up to it yet..i can manage realistic, but sim...well not yet anyway. (i do like the 'feel' for the plane in Sim)

I hate not having a target cam, because it looks damn cool when Fritz is spiralling towards his death after you've peppered him and having target cam on, you can follow him all the way down! Almost cinematic if ya ask me!

There is a zoom on L2 in sim, btw. So that might help a little spotting the bogeys.. and for better freelook you should use the second wireless controller set up..it puts the throttle and rudder on the triggers, thus leaving the right stick for full analogue freelook.

Im all for a challenge, just not one that is imposed due to poor UI design.

I attempted the Realistic unlock tutorial last night, got though it after a few attempts. It did bring up another visibility issue though as there is no audio for the instructor in that mission/tutorial so had to read the smallish text instead..

Seems like the devs used 50in TVs in QA/Testing or something.

On my big TV I haven't had any problems reading text. On smaller TV's though it is pretty blurry, but only the pilot text, I can read the HUD just fine.
