How to unlock aircraft in missions

Just wanting to know which missions unlock what aircraft. Such
as the B-17 and P-47.

I'm sure you just have to play the game on multiple difficulty levels, and complete missions, secondary objectives, etc.

I'm guessing you unlock more on Realsitic and Sim, than you do on Arcade.

I've unlocked the FWD-9 and Macchi MC. 202, both in the Single Mission section. To unlock both, just choose the sorties that involve the single word: Fighter. I'm not sure, but isn't the P-47 a DLC? And I haven't unlocked the B-17 yet. Hopefully I'll get it tomorrow? And getting planes of certain difficulties is probably a big thing, I've got a lot of Silver (No golds) and some Bronze here and there. When I get bronze, I don't get much. But when I get Silver, I've unlocked several planes.
