Well I've just returned from the Eastern Front, and can say that I held off a group of He-111s with my little trusty I-16 in Sim mode. WHAT A BLAST!!! It saddens me they couldn't put the more authentic canopy and stick in the Yak-3, but what they did accomplish I think, was the sometime unstable and hard to handle I-16 controls. I know from reading about the little wonder, that it killed a lot of the pilots that flew it, so I kinda feel lucky to be alive.
Sim mode is the tops when it comes to handling Soviet fighters, and the Spitfire MkIX. Yet the P-51B under sim mode seems to lag a bit more than how it would seem? Anyway, I LOVE sim mode.
