I don't get the whole math and flying crap to be honest. In Simulators I never used math to fly, mostly because I'm terrible at it... but I also never needed to.

You're right! You never need math in flying, you especially don't need math to calculate fuel burn, never once needed it to calculate distance vs airspeed, and you absolutely never, never, never need math to calculate weight and balance so that you can figure out ground roll on takeoff/landing and obstacle clearance. What really happens, and they won't tell you this until you pass your VFR checkride, is that you actually are assigned a magical fairy who flies along with you and rests on the wing, and her job is to remind you of everything. If she fails, she goes to fairy prison. I know that's an advanced technique, but hey, this information is for free. But, I don't know everything, I'm not Jesus.

Actually, flying gliders you need to use math at times. Not every second or every hour, but you do when your trying to stay aloft

I don't know about PSN because my PS3 is basically a Killzone 2/SOCOM machine, but for Xbox Live you can buy these cards that will get you some points. I am not sure where all you get them from but I saw them at Best Buy once. Does anyone know the denominations or number of points you can buy on the cards? I'm getting a little skeptical about using credit/debit cards online with all the identity theft going around.

I just checked at BestBuy.com and found this:

1600 Microsoft Points for $19.99.

I honestly don't know what they have across the pond, but there is probably something similar. Also, I agree, paying for cockpits for planes that are already in the game is kind of a sham, but new planes they can charge for.
