L stick = Elevator / ailerons
R stick = Look
L1 / R1 = Rudder
L2 / R2 = Throttle (55% idle)
L3 = Flaps
R3 = View (sort of fighter jet style HUD)
Circle = Guns
Square = Rockets
Triangle = ?
X = ?
Select = Landing Gear
Start = map (Pause by pressing select when in map)

I've tried X and Triangle as trim but neither seems to work?

Also can anyone confirm that L2 is a brake on the ground? I have my doubts as they are pretty crap brakes if that's the case! lol
X = lock on target camera on arcade and realistic mode.

Also, on sim mode, I cannot find the zoom in button... anybody knows if there is one dedicated to it.
On the Hotas it's the R2 button.... Actually I have got both sticks.

HOTAS is way more comfortable and precise but the look around hat switch makes it really hard to spot enemis on sim mode. Also the HOTAS has more button so you can do a bit more things (like zoom in).

AV8R-03 looks nice but is not comfortable at all and is a bit too strong. But the analogic look around stick makes the difference. The saitek Aviator on the PS3 version lacks 2 button that the X360 version has surprisingly.

So I think I will play the game (sim) with the AV8R just because of the "look around" stick that makes the life much more easier in this game already so hard.

If you play on arcade or realistic mode I think the HOTAS is a better choice since you have the "lock on target view" that is enough to play with but not if you are a lefty.
