One more quick question - Why is the patch not available for download anywhere? Will it be released in Russia first and then we'll get it some time afterwards?

I checked (only english sites) DMS forums, MoW official site, 1c's MoW section and a few random sites that have patches for games, nothing to be found.
Though i did stumble upon the BestWay forum article that StradetchFanboi mentioned. But not being able to understand Russian had me quite lost .

The patch will be released simultaneously for all versions, when - I don't have any info unfortunately.
