CD Key blocked???

I played the game online since three mounth... without problems and now comes the message if i want to log in "CD Key blocked"... what in hell...? I bought the game at gamersgate... its not illegal version!!! what should I do now?

Most likely you were banned for violating game chat rules. What is your nickname in the game.
