yea i just bought it over d2d and guess im stuck...things like this should really be ironed out..i by alot of games over steam and d2d and have never run into this issue.

You aren't stuck. I still find plenty of game using this patch that is D2D friendly. It's the multiplayer only patch.

Except once you install that you can no longer play single player.

Well, I haven't played SP since I installed the MP only patch.

And if you uninstall the multiplayer only patch so as to replay the single player,it completely mucks up all your menus so you really need to uninstall & reinstall the whole game.
