Take the lift near Bogacho castle, then fight your way through a couple of demon armies and there will be a lift at the other end of the valley. That other lift takes you down to the barricaded dwarves. If you look on the map for Ardan's Peaks, it's the area with Magneto castle, that's where you have to be.
