Crash when trying to marry maribella

I've killed the kraken and that lucky james dude. When I go to marry maribella the game crashes saying that there has been an error kb.exe. I'm running windows vista and can provide more detail if need be. I've even tried divorcing the wife (zombie-thief chick) I have prior to attempting to marry her and it still crashes. Anyone dealt with this and have a fix?
