Re-center is F12 by default in TrackIR software. However u can set this to whatever, like for instance I've assigned it to a joystick key.
This way steam won't mess with recentering as it's in TIR sw.

Btw u can have different assignments per TIR profile.

ive assigned mine to a joystick key , in spit and hurry , crosshire stay center , in 109 , way off ,,lol..upgrading to trackir 5

I lost my crosshair to trackir 5, what can i do to get it back? just no crosshair

Do you mean you cannot see the gunsight crosshair? I think the gunsight illumination is 0 my default. You have to assign a key to increase the gunsight illumination, and then hit the key repeatedly while in cockpit to make the gunsight brighter.
