Cant apply 2.05.13 to retail GOTY (im using the GOTY patch)

I got the same issue, I contacted the 1C support also, but they were unable to help me and DMS has never answered.
I decided to have a look on the problem and I found a workaround.
I post it here, this worked for me (Micro Application edit), use it at your own risk.

#1: Install the retail GOTY version (should be version 2.00.11).

#2: Make a backup of the file "GameuxInstallHelper.dll", located in the MOW AS GOTY folder.

#3: Open the registry (Windows key + r -> "regedit"), and search that key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\{D8B5C1BB-5951-422D-A4D5-451675614956}_is1
Rename it to,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\{3B5614A2-2A3B-4C64-8CC7-A67726154539}_is1
You should have a "DisplayVersion" value (on the right pane), replace current data "2.00.11" by "2.0.11.0".
After that you should be able to apply all GOTY patchs.

#4: If you have a hash error about "interface.pak" during the patch ("The game data is corrupt! Update is not possible!"). You can replace it (located in ...\resource\interface.pak) with this file link1 or link2, and apply the patch again.

#5: If you intend to uninstall the game, go to the MOW AS GOTY folder, and do in order:
- run "unins001.exe"
- restore "GameuxInstallHelper.dll"
- run "unins000.exe"
