Any clue when exactly we will be able to download this patch? I just hit the Mirabella crash bug myself and I am impatient. =D

Are there any known workarounds other than not turning it in?

I can't say anything about the date, we sent the fix, and I can't predict Atari's actions. And I haven't heard about the hint to avoid crash. As soon as the patch is out, I'll post it here.

I figured as much. Oh well...worth a try. =D

Right now I have a save before and after the Kracken fight. Which one should I continue playing with in order to go back and complete the quest once the patch is released? I have dealt with weird save game problems relating to patches in the past, so it's best to be on the safe side.

Also, any other juicy tidbits about whats included on the patch? =D

For the Gamers Gate version...do they get the patch from Atari? or did you send it to Gamers Gate also?

.\.BMRender\rmode.cpp(1583): DirectX call failed: -1, -1,D3DERR_INVALIDCALL (The method call is invalid. For example, a method's parameter may not be a valid pointer)

When is this going to be fixed? This game is completely useless for me and others who have this error.

Why is there no programmer here who worked on this providing an explanation for a bug like this? and possible fix.

If I was a programmer I wouldn't help such a rude person. You didn't even provide your system specs.

Yeah well I did over a week ago and no response so go bite me. The support for this demo/game is totally inadequate, I would not purchase anything from a place that does not even have the moderators to provide suppoort, and NO I dont give a damn if they are just a distributor, they should provide moderation on the boards.

Are you kidding me? First of all my post wasn't even directed at you unless you are under 2 accounts.

Second what did you download, the game or the demo? Must be the demo since the English version wasn't out yet.

2 posts before your first one is a moderator post and, Nike-It is all over the place providing help...so I don't know where you are looking but it ain't at these boards.

There is an email address for technical support. This is just a forum and being rude does not make people want to help you.

There are no downloads or patches for King's Bounty at this time.
Still nothing one week after your post ... they don't seem in a hurry to release the patch.

My game mostly works but it often freezes up in battles for 5-10 seconds, then starts responding again. Once it crashed the whole system. Is this a common problem? I haven't heard anyone else mention something similar.
