Regarding Paccus and their hydraulic FFB joystick Hawk, they have recently started production:

Perhaps in the coming weeks we'll finally be able to put our eyes on the long awaited tests from simming and hardware sites. Anxiously waiting for them.

I saw that too. Price also went up, reportedly because the parts used are very high quality.
