And no I will not do a reinstall of windows just because of this game. I have done it before several times without any improvements. Waste of time. And to all those tricks about turning down Aero and so on: yes I have done em all.

Do I have to build my own computer around this game to make it work? Maybe the developers should make their game work on their player's?
And all my other flight sims are working perfectly so the problem is clearly in this game.

Read carefully, I did not say reinstall windows, just reinstall latest drivers for things like I don't know, your joystick, sound card, lan, network...
Had a very irritating problem with another game, nothing I did seemed to fix it, so I went back to the basics. Turned out to be a soundcrad driver problem. Loaded the latest one for 64bit and everything was working smoothly.
You still have not posted system specs? Asking for help and not even bothering to do that is...
