Well, nobody can stop us playing a bit of LockOn every now and then. That is something that cannot be censored, but then most countries know the specs of these a/c anyway. I doubt we will have much of the newer a/c being in any sims in near future though.
I remember back in the cold war days, playing F117-Stealth Fighter on the Commodore 64, doing strikes on Russian destroyers and Sub pens close to Norway. The Russian defenses were really tough too
). was great fun. The developers, Microprose got the FM completely wrong, but i dont think anyone knew what it flew like outside of the military anyway.
I have freinds who i've flown with in Russia, Georgia, Czech, Germany etc... we never talk politics, just have fun, and thats the way its supposed to be. Its a shame a few spoil it for the many.
