That's just a key conflict.

Change "Fire Current Weapon" in category "General" or "Hold to Offset Camera" in category "Camera" to another key and problem solved.

By default both are assigned to mouse left button, which causes the mouse to try to change camera offset instead of move the gun when you are firing.
