So let me get this straight you spend ten years trying to pass an engineering degree and now you want to be a bike mechanic, im sorry to tell you this but... you DO NOT need a degree in engineering to be a mechanic!

i know only a w acko for me would think this:
but i rather work at mac donalds than in a lng ship the reason the colour i rather a badly paid colourfull work than a welll paid grey job is your job colourfull or grey colur: working with chikcs 1 point flowers 1 point nice people one point helping people one point grey: all male +1 dirty +1 rusty +1 after money 3+ ![]() bike mechanic falls withing colourfull work while ship engineer is quuite grey when i started i was planing to travel then i discover ships just stop few hours in each port, talk of killing romanticism

As far as motorcycle mechanics go. You could always move to India and become a village Royal Enfield mechanic. I think most of them cannot even spell qualifications, neverlone have any. |

well by now really im not considering leaving
my plan is ask in the local bike shops which i frecuented years ago and some others nearby what i wonder is that if i tell them im a nautic engineer that sounds nice but the true is that i have no clue on repairing anthing really for me is much more important a rewarding job than the money

Just buy a vintage Piaggo or Vespa scooter or maybe a BSA Bantam and restore it.
Then ride your immaculately restored bike to the bike shop and show them your work. |
