I feel for you brother!

Here's how I coped with my baby sitting duties a year ago when my daughter was that age!

Now onto a high chair with a cup of apple juice and a biscuit and she is using one of my 3 screens for Sesame Street while I try play!

I just dont get why there aren't more folks online....Flying IL-2 there was a big community and I don't know where they have all gone....This sim is the natural successor to IL-2...Ok, there have been gliches but the sim is getting there now....I have 300 hours of flying on CLOD and It has everything, graphics, historical accuracy and the game play is very similar to IL-2 which it needed to be in order for longevity of community online game play...so where is everyone?

I think the average gamer buy new pc when very.good.long.waiting.game go out. Whit all the negative from gamers who buy that game.. people are waiting to see ... what going on. Its simple as that

The answer is all over the forum and despite most has been deleted by mods the reality is still facts and as it is illegal to answer you, I will not.

Oh, get over yourself. Posts disappear when people are impolite and display the manners of a pig, not because of stating opinions.

If you just say "this and that in the sim needs fixing" nobody is going to ban you. It's when someone starts making a bigger fuss than it is by adding their own interpretations to it (speculation, venting their spleen to feel better, attacking other users who disagree with their opinion and disrupting any semblance of normal discussion in the process) that moderators will step in, because it gets to a point where other people can't have a discussion anymore.

And since this is a forum, people are meant to have discussions. What it's not meant to be is a venue for "primadonas" (no matter if they like the game or not) shouting their lungs off in front of an unwilling audience who would prefer discussing something else instead of listening to them. And this is what the mods are here for, to try and make sure the less noisy people have a right to express their opinion as well, instead of being drowned-out by a few really "loud" posters.

You see, i'm taking time to explain things to you. I could simply state "rule 9 violation - challenging moderator actions" and send you on a brief vacation. So don't go acting like this is a "gulag" or something to raise sympathy for the "cause" of trolling the boards to bits because you bought a game that didn't work the way you expected

+1 Blackdog. Thx for moderators that actually moderate, to stop personal attacks and trolling. But at the same time allow opinions to be expressed.

Good questions Lewis, I personally have no idea whatsoever why we aren't seeing jam packed dogfight/coop servers at the moment. If I'm allowed to have share a theory, it might be all the negativity on this forum that have scared away people. After all, the game is pretty solid, especially all the neat multiplayer features like scripting that a lot of people have taken to heart. Things like that really makes it a lot easier to join a quick coop game or for online wars. It really boggles my mind why a game with such an accessible multiplayer framework doesn't attract more players online.

It also might be because people don't have up to spec PC's. Maybe in a couple of years everybody have caught up with the state of the art technology that is CloD. I mean, I don't even play it on my rig ATM, it's just a lowly Core i3 2120@3,3GHz, 8GB RAM, SSD and a GeForce GTX550 ti. I run every other game just fine but CloD is an all together different beast, even at it's current semi-optimized state my PC struggles with it, especially when there are particle effects at play. I think if the patch will be good, thousands of players might start streaming to the servers, I have a good feeling about the retail patch.
