Thanks for the update B6. Great to see some responses to our questions.

Keep at it, it'll be worth it in the end.

It may rock but it sure does not roll yet. Looks like this code is a nightmare to work with. Fix one thing, break the next two. It is what it is. I do wish they and Nvidia put more priority on the SLI implementation. This game can only be flogged into submission with high end hardware for the foreseeable future.
Let's make the most of it. I'm running right around 30-40fps at 2560x1600 at high settings with a high end system. Even a 50-60% SLI boost would make a huge difference. I know I could turn things down and run a steady 60fps with vsync enabled but then I might aswell keep playing il2-1946. CloD deserves to be seen in all it's glory.
The next game is going to be a lot more concentrated on air to ground so getting the most out of our hardware is important. Thanks for the little Q&A. Worst thing is being left out of the loop so keep us informed, it's appreciated.

Thanks for the update, work continues and I will sit tight. Good news!

Also, would like to say I understand the frustration of the dual card crowd, but ditching mine was the best move I made. It never worked well for this game or ROF and was a pain with other games. One card now and love the results.

My impressions are Luthier is still with the company and the IL-2 brand is not being abandoned. It really seems like they have just a few people working on this and they are not very familiar with how to fix things. I think they are addressing the easiest things first to show progress but the harder stuff like vibrating shadows they are just putting aside. None of Luthier's updates included the sequel...guess that is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY down the road which is a good think IMO. It is what it is.
