I think, because we paid for it. If you are glad giving your money for nothing, good for you.

And I think that ALL we are posting here wants the game works fine and become in the best simulator in history, but no for that we will not complain when things do not go as they promised.

It's not the money. It's seeing the only real chance of a viable WW2 prop sim to last the next decade being squandered by appalling project management.

Define 'nothing', what I have on my hard drive is the best looking WW2 sim I ever saw, sure it needs some attention but I have 'never' owned a game that didn't.

Very nice looking LA-5. Good to see some progress being made there. Apart from that, I'm one of those (perhaps many) sitting on the fence awaiting a more favourable public perception of the game in a more fixed state before I'd invest in a new PC to run it. Or the sequel.

I do not understand what some of you people think they would get out of saying that they are fixing it for over a year but secretly they were just sitting around making up weekly updates while twiddling their thumbs. It would ruin their reputations, their lively hoods and would make 1c idiots that could not check up on the work that they had done up to this day.

Not anyone is going to buy the sequel if this is left broken, they know and we know it so just chill people.

Not really interested mate, as I said, I would like what I paid for over a year ago to work before I even think about shelling out more money to 1C.
Saying that I do have a nice tea towel with a map of the Channel on it, worth £50 I would say

Seems like a win win situation to me. Either the game is still in deep trouble and the developers are stringing you a line whilst struggling to get on top and it may never be sorted, in which case, 'Hooray! You were all right and fully justified in your outrage'.

Or the work for the next update is indeed finished and just needs final assembly and a little testing to be safe, in which case, 'Hooray! We are well on the way to the best WW2 combat sim ever'. How cool is that?

+1

Totally agree Feathered, and the reason the majority of guys are complaining on here is quite simple.....they are passionate about this WW2 prop sim, they want it to succeed, they want it corrected and they have been patient for a long time, but their patience is now quite rightly in short supply and who can blame them.
