Impossible to make a qualified comment without knowing your exact PC configuration.

The stutters are caused by a variety of reasons.
Some reasons are when th system needs to load information that is stored on the hard disk, into the main memory. These stutters will be avoided.

From your post it is unclear if you experiense these stutters or stutters caused by other reasons.
