we can use mantis http://www.mantisbt.org or bugzilla http://www.bugzilla.org and I can host it if it's ok to everybody

It would be great indeed.

The only important criteria is if the program has a voting/rating system to allow us voting for bugs and features.

Here is another free one used by ACE of ArmA2 http://www.redmine.org/
Sample of buglist http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/issues

I suggest Tree_UK, Furbs, Tvrdi, maybe more. They will be good in bug tracking.

quick update:
with Ataros suggestion, redmine is almost up and ready...
the only thing is: should i register a new domain or will be fine to use bugs.devizer.com (replace bugs with anything you want) because I already have devizer.com for my business.

Thumbs up!
I was crying for a bug tracker already in last may!
So finally things go growing! I also use the "DevHeaven"/Arma Tracker since years!

If it cost you sth keep it as it is.
On the other hand a domain like Clod.Bugtracker.com or sth familar to the topic would be easy to remind.
But everyone who is interested to support this and make entries will know where to find the website.

So imho keep it, as i guess it is the easiest way for ya!

Keep it up, fully supporting this !!
