A lot of people have made tutorials. I can't remember names now, but I wouldn't have even been able to play with CEM without the tutorial videos that were made at the start of the game. They were all on youtube, so I'm sure you could find them there, for example:
Just found those by typing in 'Cliffs of dover [instert aircraft name here] tutorial', and they're the first few videos. We could maybe do with a sticky thread with these in though so that they're easily found for new players. EDIT: Ah, apologies since I didn't realise that was in game until I re-watched it, so I get what you mean now. Yes we could do with that sort of thing in CloD, but at least they are available. Like I said, a sticky thread might not be a bad idea for newcomers since it isn't included in the game Last edited by Kupsised; 03-11-2012 at 04:20 PM. |

no need to apologize. and credit is given to all those who did some awesome tutorials on the Internets, problem is, you cant really see and do this tutorials at the same time, so you end up having to see them 4 or 5 times while trying to memorize all the steps.
yes, for some of us, they are really intuitive and logic. but for someone who doesn't know anything about planes, it would be nice to have proper tutorials. they should include brief explanations on throttle, pitch mixture, and all that. |
