Thanks for your patient help sir. But what is a router? There are a bunch of them, and since I have no idea what does it mean, I decided its better to ask you first before I do anything stupid that will make me regret later.

But sir, I don't use modem. I have a thing called "3 mobile broadband". Basically it is a USB, all I need to do is to plug into my computer and press "connect".
And everytime when I connect, I get a different IP address.

This is your problem... you have a dynamic IP address, which means everytime you switch off your USB/wifi thingy.. the network reassigns the IP addresses.
This means you have to update everyone with your IP address if you're running a server. Joining a server should be no problem unless the network changes IP's at regular intervals. If running a server, this is where Hyperlobby works better as it always has (should have) your current IP.
