We waited for this sim for 7 years, and of course we bought it as soon as it was released. We've been waiting for it to become enjoyable ever since.
We paid anything between $35 US and 50EUR for the same game, depending on location. Some managed to get the game for less than $20 when it became obvious that CloD didnt deliver what it had promised. The game has gotten much better since the release, thanks to the developers' hard work, but also thanks to all those paying customers doing the work that should have been done by paid beta testers. And now, after we paying customers have paid for an unplayable game, and did beta testers' work to help fix it, UbiSoft has the 'chuzpa' of making us pay for a "sequel"?!? OK, I wasnt the most prolific bug reporter, but I did report one or two, and I guess almost every customer who could write in decent English tried to help them debug the game they already paid for, and now they want us to pay again?!? We paid for a playable game and got to do beta testing instead. We helped debug. Now we're being told that a 'sequel' is being released, that will fix all the problems. Well, we have paid for the game already, and we did beta tester work. That's why I think that We* should AT LEAST get the sequel for free *(we = all those who bought the game before the 'sequel' was announced) Last edited by tf_neuro; 01-01-2012 at 02:04 PM. |

![]() "Complaint department is closed. Moose out front should've told ya" You could have spent the time it took to write this post learning to start and fly a stuka with CEM or reconfiguring your PC. The sim is highly playable and many players have logged hundreds of enjoyable hours, and it's only going to get better with sequels and improvements. Do you need help with setup or something? I don't get the whining. Last edited by katdogfizzow; 01-01-2012 at 03:56 PM. |
